- We are proud to offer our clients ProSort, which provides realtime updates for their wagons, lots, and shipments. ProSort can be accessed from any Internet-connected desktop or mobile device. Clients can also receive automated emails when their wagons are available for pickup, lots are ready for sale, and shipments occur.
- We will make every effort to maintain first-come, first-served service. That said, our efficiency and expediency are based on how well we utilize our drying bins. This means that we may move to the next client with enough harvested to fill a drying bin while we are waiting on the rest of another client’s harvest to maximize drying.
- Unless we are told otherwise, we will dry pecans to 4.3% moisture.
- We will use cardboard pallets unless pre-coordinated to use wood pallets well in advance.
- We primarily work with Easterlin Pecan Company, Carter Pecan Company, and W.G. Hamil for the sale of pecans. Samples will be provided to all three purchasers unless otherwise noted.
- Clients are responsible for coordinating with the purchaser and the sale of their pecans. Purchasers are welcome to collect samples or sold pecans during normal business hours.
- We will invoice clients as harvests are complete and expect payment by the end of the month.
- We will provide a Processing Ticket and a Shipment Ticket. The Processing Ticket will detail the cleaned weights for each bag and will inform the invoicing. The Shipment Ticket will be provided upon shipment of your pecans and will detail the shipment weights for each bag. Please note the weights may be different based on moisture gain or loss.
- All B grade pecans will be aggregated across varieties and orchards for each client. Whole bags can be sampled or collected as needed throughout the season.
- We are happy to provide service to small growers, but please note that we have limited capability to dry and sort small harvests in a timely manner.
- We do not offer any wagons for rent or lease, and we do not clean and sort yard pecans.
